Domenico Barbato is a postdoctoral researcher at INAF – Osservatorio Astronomico di Padova. After obtaining his PhD in 2020 at the University of Turin, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Université de Genève until 2023.
Currently a part of the Science Team of the SHARK-NIR high-contrast camera at LBT, his research is focused on the search and characterization of exoplanetary systems via synergic usage of radial velocity, astrometry and imaging measurements.
Additionally, he works on the the study of exoplanetary demographics and system architectures as tests of formation and dynamical evolution models.
